Who handles your data

What data I collect and why

If you write to me through the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you include it, the name of your brand, company or event. I use it to read what you tell me and to reply. I will not send you marketing, I do not build profiles and I do not make automated decisions with it.

If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I handle what you send in the same way.

Legal basis

If you use the form, your consent, which you give by ticking the box (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing me; this does not affect anything already done with your permission.

If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, my legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me (Article 6(1)(f)) or, if you ask me for a proposal or a service, steps you ask me to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

How long I keep it

For as long as our conversation lasts and, if it leads to a working relationship, for as long as that relationship continues. After that I delete it, except for what the law requires me to keep (invoices or contracts, for example), which I hold restricted only for the legal period.

Who else is involved

Nobody else gets your data for their own use. For the form to work, these providers process it on my behalf under their data processing agreements:

• Cloudflare: hosts and protects the website.
• Resend: sends your message to my inbox from servers in the European Union (Ireland).
• Google Workspace: the inbox where I receive it.

The form keeps no copy of your message on the website: it forwards it to my inbox and discards it.

If you write to me on WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta), which handles it under its own privacy policy.

These providers are based in the United States or belong to US groups, so there may be international data transfers. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask me to give you access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its use or to hand it over in a portable format, and you can object to my processing it. Email me at [email protected] and I will reply within one month at the latest.

If you think I have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

If you are under 14, please do not use the form.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies. I measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no data that identifies you.

Changes to this policy

If I change it, the date at the top will show it.
